Crop Meesho labels for a thermal printer

Meesho label PDFs are made for A4 printers: each page usually holds one order, with the shipping label at the top and the tax invoice below it. If you ship with a thermal printer, you only want the label part, sized to fit a 4×6 inch sticker. This tool finds the label on every page of your Meesho PDF, crops it, and lines all the labels up in one PDF — one label per sticker.

How to download your Meesho labels

  1. Log in to the Meesho Supplier Panel and open Orders.
  2. Go to the Ready to Ship tab and select the orders you are packing.
  3. Download the label file. You get one PDF with a page for each order.
  4. Drop that PDF into the tool above — you do not need to split it first.

How to crop Meesho labels to 4×6 inch

  1. Drop the Meesho label PDF (or several PDFs) into the box above.
  2. The tool highlights the label on each page. Use the arrows to check a few pages.
  3. If needed, move the sliders to adjust the crop. With Apply to all pages ticked, every page uses the same crop.
  4. Choose the output size — 4×6 inch for most thermal printers.
  5. Click Download PDF and print it at 100% scale.

By default it crops only the shipping label. To get the invoices, choose "Bottom part" in Label position and download again.

Print at 100% scale ("Actual size") with the paper size set to your label size. "Fit to page" shrinks the label and can make the barcode hard to scan.
